I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The owners, Claudia and Walter, were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Claudia helped me plan my itinerary and even offered a laundry service, which was a nice touch of luxury. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a stunning view of the valley. I couldn't ask for a better place to relax and unwind.

I highly recommend this place to everyone. It offers luxurious accommodations, top-notch service, and a location that can't be beaten.

We had a fantastic stay at Residence Prapoz in a spacious apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient, with beautiful views and just a short walk to the village center. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Ortisei.

During our romantic getaway, we had a great experience. The property we stayed at was in an ideal location, it was conveniently situated close to the main attractions of the area. We particularly liked the fact that it was peaceful and private, with beautiful views to explore. The room was spacious, had all the necessary amenities, and was well-maintained by the friendly staff.

That the quality of the sauna was not up to par. Although there was a sauna available, it wasn't as enjoyable as we expected it to be due to an issue with the steam.
